Privacy Policy — Trello Calendar Sync

Purpose
Trello Calendar Sync is a private productivity integration that mirrors eligible Trello cards into the authorized user's primary Google Calendar.
Google data accessed
The application requests the Google Calendar OAuth scope needed to view, create, update, and delete events on calendars owned by the authorized account. The service is configured to operate on the account's primary calendar. It does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, or unrelated Google services.
How data is used
Google Calendar data is used only to reconcile calendar events with the current state of the configured Trello board and Trello Inbox. Google user data is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with third parties except as required to operate the service infrastructure.
Data stored
The service stores the Google OAuth refresh token server-side, Trello-card to Google-event identifiers, synchronization job state, and related operational metadata. Event contents are fetched as needed for reconciliation and are not used for unrelated purposes.
Retention and deletion
Stored integration data is retained while the integration is active. Access can be revoked at any time from the Google Account's third-party access settings. The service operator can also delete the integration's persistent data to remove stored tokens and mappings.
